Requirements

The role and what you’ll do…….

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our growing team in central London. You should already be a superstar in the making, but you’ll be looking to move somewhere where you can have a direct influence and own a piece of your success. 

You’re a digital native, excited about our product, always bang-on with marketing tech trends and a boundary pusher. You won’t be afraid to get your sleeves-rolled-up and get stuck in.

You’re continually finding innovative ways to market our business, whilst building and protecting our Brand. 

Commercially astute, you know how to stretch pennies into pounds. You’ll want to grow our marketing team from just you for now into a larger team of marketers next year.

  • Deliver marketing contribution to revenue and the creation of Multi-channel Global digital marketing campaigns (SEO/ Paid Search and Paid Media)

  • Focused on scaling the company and international growth.

  • Development and execution of the marketing strategy to deliver on key business goals. This includes acquisition, conversion and retention.

  • You’ll be in charge of collecting that information and turning it into useful assets for web, social and the sales teams proposals.

  • Creating and implementing a content strategy that drives new leads.

  • Devising, managing, finding partners and launch creative campaigns that drive new leads and revenue.

  • Working with the sales function to provide materials and tools that increase their conversion rates.

  • PR, Brand building, tone of voice and storytelling.

  • Managing a PR agency (or taking on yourself).

  • Writing and testing new web content and landing pages, managing and growing the social media channels and assigning a small budget to advertise.
